Warrant resolution clinic set for November 4

BATON ROUGE — A warrant resolution clinic, a community event to provide criminal justice resources and help resolve outstanding warrants, is set for November 4.

Baton Rouge City Court, 19th JDC, EBR Juvenile Court and Bake City Court will all be participating in the event, which is designed to help take care of low-level legal issues with the goal of avoiding jail time.

The event is set to take place Saturday at Baton Rouge City Hall from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. There will be free parking at the River Center West parking garage (499 St. Louis St.) and the River Center East parking garage (362 St. Ferdinand St.).

Criminal felony and misdemeanor warrants from the 19th JDC will not be considered. Registration closes at 3 p.m.
