On Nov. 30, the Franklin Police Department arrested 70-year-old Lee Joseph Segura for allegedly nude sunbathing on the roof of a residence.
Officers arrived at the residence around 2 p.m. after they received six complaints. When they arrived at the residence, they asked Segura to get down from the roof.
Once he got down from the roof, he was arrested and charged with obscenity.
He was booked into the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
