The Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office has arrested Jerome Lilly, 37, in connection to a homicide in Prairieville.
On Wednesday July 13, around 10:30 pm, deputies responded to a shooting at a on Cherry Creek Dr. in Prairieville.
That’s when deputies found Tarrence Williams, 40, deceased.
Through further investigation, detectives learned that Lilly shot at Williams after an argument.
Lilly was arrested and booked into the Ascension Parish Jail. Lilly is charged with second-degree murder.
