NAPOLEONVILLE – Four people were arrested in Assumption Parish after an individual went to a health care facility Sunday for injuries received during an altercation at a home in the 600 block of LA 403 in Napoleonville.
Multiple people were arrested. Three of the arrested are from Napoleonville: Kent M. Coupel, 40, Gabriella Eve Coupel, 19, and Theresa Gieselle Rivere, 40. Garett Joseph Domingue, Jr., 18, of Pierre Part, was also arrested.
Assumption Parish Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a health care facility on June 1 after a man showed up for injuries he received in a “disturbance.” Deputies say they spoke with the victim and learned he had was injured in an argument that took place at a home on LA 403.
In total, four people were arrested.
Kent M. Coupel was arrested and booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of second-degree battery. He remains at the detention center awaiting a bond hearing.
Garett Joseph Domingue Jr., Gabriella Eve Coupel and Theresa Gieselle Rivere were all booked into the Assumption Parish Detention Center on charges of simple battery and released on bond.
