Baton Rouge high school greenhouse catches fire Friday

BATON ROUGE – The Baton Rouge Fire Department responded to a blaze inside a Capital High School greenhouse Friday afternoon.

Officials say firefighters responded to the scene a little after 1 p.m. and found black smoke coming from the building behind the high school.

Baton Rouge Fire officials say the firefighters stopped the blaze before it spread to other buildings.

Fire investigators are there working to determine the cause.
