BATON ROUGE — Sources confirm that Baton Rouge Police detectives have arrested the person they say raped an elderly woman just yesterday.
Detectives arrested Jeremiah Taylor, 22, in connection with a rape that occurred on March 5. A 94-year-old woman is the victim.
Taylor has a lengthy previous arrest record, according to records.
Baton Rouge Police will release more details this afternoon in a news conference that UWK will carry live.

Detectives with the Baton Rouge Police Department’s Special Victims Unit are asking for the public’s help in identifying someone they say raped an elderly woman.
According to BRPD, investigators believe the person in the below photos is responsible for raping a 94-year-old woman on Thursday. The incident occurred at the woman’s home in the 11000 block of E. Black Oak Drive, which is in the Park Forest and Sherwood Forest area.
