Unfiltered with Kiran has learned the Baton Rouge Police officer’s arrest comes after he allegedly touched a toddler inappropriately roughly six months ago. According to the police documents, the victim stated that Robertson “touched her on top of the clothing and inside”.

Robertson denied the allegations telling investigators that he “never inappropriately” touched the victim.

The alleged incident happened earlier this year and was not reported until July 12. Court documents show that the victim was not interviewed by a sexual assault nurse examiner until July 20.

Zachary Police confirm they also arrested a woman in connection to the same case. She has been charged with simple criminal damage to property and unauthorized entry into a dwelling. Documents show that she used a landscaping edging stone and allegedly threw it at Robertson’s vehicle twice. The driver side door and window were both damaged, and the incident was captured on surveillance cameras, police documents show.
