A suspicious package wrapped in all black and tape was called into the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office.
The package was consistent with the appearance of a human body dumped off the I-10 between Prairieville & Geismar.
It was discovered Thursday afternoon on Jan. 12th.
When deputies arrived on scene, they verified it was a blowup doll and not a body.
