74-yr-old pedestrian killed while crossing Harding Blvd.

BATON ROUGE —- The Baton Rouge Police Dept. responded to a deadly wreck involving a pedestrian on Harding Blvd.

The wreck happened around 8:20pm on Tuesday, April 18 in the 2600 block of Harding Blvd., west of Interstate 110.

Baton Rouge police say the driver of a 2010 Mazda CX9 hit a pedestrian who was attempting to cross the roadway. Police say the pedestrian is a 74-year-old man who died on the scene.

His name has not been released at this time.
