BATON ROUGE, La —- The Baton Rouge Police Dept. has released a name and picture of a man they’re wanting to question in the Nathan Millard investigation.
Millard vanished after arriving to Baton Rouge from Atlanta on Feb. 22nd for what should have been a 24-hour work trip.
Since then, his body was recovered on March 6th, wrapped up in a rug and plastic.
BRPD are now asking for the public’s assistance in finding Derrick Perkins, 45, for questioning in the Nathan Millard’s missing person case.
Perkins is also wanted for probation violation, criminal damage to property, three counts of access device fraud and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
BRPD says Perkins was last seen in the South Baton Rouge area driving a 2003 Toyota Camry.
Anyone with information on Perkins’ whereabouts is asked to call the Baton Rouge Police Department at (225) 389-2000 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at (225) 344-7867.
The request from BRPD comes after BRPD said earlier in the week there there had no indications of any foul play in involved in the case.
Millard, 42, a father and husband, was found around 3am by a man who said he smelled something foul and called 911.
