Three killed in Central crash on Magnolia Bridge Rd. were from Livingston Parish

CENTRAL — Central Police has just identified the three people killed in the crash Tuesday afternoon on Magnolia Bridge Rd.

The driver has been identified as Johnnie Parker, 33, of Walker. The front passenger was Tiffany Miller, 39, also of Walker. Behind the driver’s seat was Amanda Graham, 32, of Denham Springs. All three died on the scene of the crash. The SUV involved in the crash belonged to Miller’s mother. Also inside the SUV at the time of the crash was Miller’s mother’s puppy that did not survive. The fourth person in the SUV remains at a local hospital.

Central Police Chief Roger Corcoran tells UWK the SUV was traveling eastbound on Magnolia Bridge Rd. It crossed the centerline into the path of a work truck hauling a trailer with dirt. The SUV hit the truck head-on. There were two injuries for the people in the truck. They were transported to a hospital with moderate injuries.

The SUV had four people and a puppy inside of it. Three people and the puppy died on the scene and a fourth person was transported to a hospital with major injuries.

The crash happened at 17037 Magnolia Bridge Rd. in Central. That’s between Wax Rd. and Willow Creek Dr. near the Demco in Central.

Magnolia Bridge Rd. between Old Wax and Greenwell Springs Rd. remained shut down till 10:30 p.m.
