Central Police arrest man in connection to deadly hit & run

Juan Ramirez, 56, of Central, turned himself in today in connection to the hit & run on Joor Rd. on March 11, 2022.

Ramirez is charged with negligent homicide & felony hit & run.

Ryan Russell, 38, of Central died after sources told Unfiltered with Kiran some tools fell out of his truck and he pulled over in the center lane of Joor Rd. with his emergency flashers on. That’s when officials said he was run over and died.
