CLINTON — An East Feliciana Parish Grand Jury has just returned a true bill against Rinaldo Robinson, also known as ‘Rah Rah’. The indictment is for one count of first-degree rape against two victims, according to officials.
East Feliciana Sheriff’s deputies arrested Robinson, who is known as “Rah Rah” to many in the community, on Feb. 5 and charged him with two counts of first-degree rape. His bond has been set at $600,000.
Clinton PD requested the East Feliciana Sheriff’s Office to investigate the case, citing a conflict of interest. EFSO’s investigation so far reveals on Dec. 30, 2025, there were two children under the age of 13 identified as possible victims. Deputies say their investigation led to Rah Rah’s arrest.
“We brought our findings to District Attorney Sam D’Aquilla for consultation, and he agreed that there was probable cause for an arrest,” EFSO said in a news release.
A warrant was issued on Feb. 5th for Rah Rah’s arrest. He has been booked into the East Feliciana Parish Prison on two counts of first-degree rape.
