BATON ROUGE — The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office arrested a convicted sex offender and charged him with two counts of pornography involving juveniles.
Officials say Marcus Williams, 34, of Zachary, allegedly uploaded two videos containing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to Snapchat on June 11. Snapchat reported the account on June 12, according to court records.
In July, EBRSO opened an investigation into the cyber tip received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
The two videos contained sexual acts with a nude juvenile. Williams was booked into the East Baton Rouge Prison.
