The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office arrested a Livingston Parish man identified as a possible source of a fatal overdose late last year.
Deputies arrested Reginald Banks, 30, after an investigation that included making three controlled fentanyl purchases from Banks that were recorded.
EBRSO narcotics agents identified two locations Banks used for distribution; His home and his sister’s home.
Banks and his sister Michelle, 49, were both arrested Tuesday and face multiple drug-related charges.
