ST. TAMMANY PARISH — St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s deputies arrested a delivery driver who’s accused of sending a sexually explicit photo to a customer.
According to STPSO, a St. Tammany Parish woman received an unsolicited sexually explicit photo via text message after her grocery delivery order on Friday. Deputies tracked down the driver, identified as 32-year-old James Chenoweth of Franklinton, and arrested him.
Chenoweth allegedly sent the unsolicited image after he delivered her groceries on Friday, Sept. 18. Officials say he had already attempted to delete the photo from his phone when deputies found him the next day. Chenoweth works for a third-party delivery company, per STPSO.
Deputies booked Chenoweth into the St. Tammany Parish Correctional Center for obstruction of justice, obscenity (unsolicited sexually explicit text message) and improper telephone communication.
