BATON ROUGE — Baton Rouge Police officers are investigating an early morning stabbing that’s left one person fighting for their life.
The stabbing happened in the 9900 block of Gwenadele Dr. around 6:30am on Saturday, July 22. Specifically, it was at the Hustler Hollywood parking lot right off Airline Hwy.
Sources say two people got into an argument in the parking lot when one person stabbed the other in the head.
The suspect is then said to have ran off leaving the victim in a different business’s parking lot near the original scene.
It’s also why the crime scene that was taped off was rather large to cover all areas and all crime scenes.
The victim was transported to a hospital with life threatening injuries.
There is no word at this time on the suspect who fled the scene.
