BATON ROUGE – After a nearly two month long investigation, the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office has arrested and charged a man with 100 counts of pornography involving juveniles under the age of 13.
Christopher Bryan Miller, 61, was arrested Friday from his home on Appomattox Ave. in the Shenandoah area. It was a large response of law enforcement including SWAT as they executed an arrest warrant on Miller.
He was booked in the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison after his arrest.
The investigation into Miller began on May 4 after investigators received a tip that four videos containing explicit pictures of young girls were uploaded. Those videos were linked back to Miller’s phone number, the arrest documents say.
On May 25, investigators received a second tip “with the same identifying factors” after 342 files were uploaded. Again, according to the arrest warrant, those files were linked back to Miller.
Investigators say they received four tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children since May 2023 for a total of 893 images and videos of “prepubescent females” under the age of 13.
A warrant was executed Friday morning at Miller’s home that he shares with his mother in the Shenandoah neighborhood.
