EBR Sheriff’s Office responding to double shooting

SCENE WITH CAR WITH MULTIPLE BULLET HOLES

The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office is working a shooting involving at least two victims.

It happened after 9pm on March 24, 2022 with EBRSO responding to the 8100 block of S. Laredo Ave. for a ‘shots fired’ call. That’s right off of McClelland Dr. near Hooper Rd. in East Baton Rouge Parish.

Details of what led up to the shooting remain under investigation but sources tell Unfiltered with Kiran there is a vehicle with multiple bullet holes on scene. In the scene photo, every cone represents a piece of evidence, most likely a shell casing.

Sources added the victims were headed to an area hospital for their injuries. No word yet on the extent of their injuries.
