BATON ROUGE — East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office Gang Intelligence and Enforcement agents arrested two people allegedly associated with a violent gang known as “448” and are looking for two others. Plus, deputies seized multiple narcotics and what they say was a stolen 2019 Dodge Charger.
For the past two months, EBRSO Gang Intelligence and Enforcement and federal task forces have investigated a Baker/Zachary-area street gang called “448.” Its members have allegedly been involved in drug trafficking and violent crimes in the Greater Baton Rouge area.
Based on their investigation, agents obtained search warrants for multiple locations in the Baton Rouge area that “448” allegedly used for its drug trafficking operation.
On June 18, agents arrested two people. In addition, they made the following seizures:
Seized Narcotics (approximate totals):
- 29.4 pounds of marijuana
- 4 ounces of crack cocaine
- digital scales
- a 2019 Dodge Charger (reported stolen through BRPD)
- $15,000 in currency
The following people were arrested:
Keshaun Young
- PWITD Schedule I narcotics (marijuana)
- PWITD Schedule II narcotics (crack cocaine)
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Operation of a clandestine lab
Terius Hawkins
- PWITD Schedule I narcotics (marijuana)
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
Hawkins was currently out on bond for several arrests, including St. John the Baptist Parish and Lafayette Parish. He was arrested by Zachary Police for illegal use of a machine gun on Sept. 5, 2024 and received a bond of $5,000 at the time.
He was arrested in February 2025 in St. John the Baptist Parish for possession with intent to distribute Schedule I narcotics and illegal carrying of a firearm with drugs. He was arrested two weeks later by Lafayette Sheriff’s Office for conspiracy to commit armed robbery, possession with intent to distribute schedule I narcotics, illegal possession of a stolen firearm, and illegal carrying of a firearm with drugs.
Young was currently out on bond for charges from the Zachary Police Department in April, including possession with intent to distribute schedule I narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal use of a machine gun, illegal possession of a stolen firearm, illegal carrying of a firearm with drugs. His bond was set at $255,000 by Commissioner Nicole Robinson.
In addition, Young was out on bond for an arrest in February by the Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office, where he was charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery, possession with intent to distribute schedule I narcotics, illegal possession of a stolen firearm, and illegal carrying of a firearm with drugs.
Two others are currently at large. Officials are searching for Jasen Young and Cameron Johnson.

Cameron Johnson **At Large**

Johnson is currently out on bond for a charge of aggravated flight from an officer. According to arrest records, Johnson was arrested on May 18, 2025, for fleeing an officer and starting a chase after officials attempted to pull him over for drag racing. Commissioner Nicole Robinson set Johnson’s bond at $50,000 and ordered him to complete a driving improvement program by his next court date in October.
Jasen Young is on federal-supervised probation for a prior narcotics conviction.
