EBRSO investigating triple shooting with one dead

East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s deputies responded to an apartment complex for a triple shooting where one of the injured died.

It happened just before 10pm on Wednesday, Nov. 23rd at the Willow Bend Lake Apartments on Mead Rd. along I-12 off of Sherwood Forest Blvd.

Sources tell Unfiltered with Kiran that the shooting appears to have started inside an apartment with multiple shell casings in that apartment.

One person died on the scene and two others were transported to a hospital. Their conditions are unknown at this time.

It’s unclear at this time what led up to the triple shooting.

Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 344-STOP or submit an online tip anonymously.
