POINTE COUPEE —- A former LSU and Clevelend Browns player was arrested in Pointe Coupee Parish on multiple drug charges.
Officials say Glen Logan was arrested for allegedly traveling 89 miles per hour in his vehicle where the speed limit was 55. Authorities also found three grams of marijuana and meth in Logan’s vehicle.
He was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute schedule I and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $11,000 before he bonded out.
Logan, 25, played six seasons at LSU because of a redshirt year and the pandemic. He was signed by the Browns as an undrafted free agent following the 2022 NFL draft.
Logan had his championship ring and LSU helmet with him when he was stopped and arrested.
NOTE: Due to Act No. 494 passed in 2022, Melendez’s mugshot cannot be released to the public.
