Hammond PD investigating downtown shooting that left three injured

Three people were hit by bullets in an early morning shooting in downtown Hammond.

The Hammond Police Department is asking for the public’s help with any information, pictures or videos of a shooting early Friday morning.

The shooting happened in downtown Hammond on Feb. 11, around 2:13 a.m. The shooting took place in the downtown parking mall between East Thomas St. and East Morris Ave. Officials say bullets hit three people with non-life threatening injuries.
