The Hammond Police Department is asking the public to assist in locating a missing mentally disabled woman with limited speech ability due to a recent stroke.
Tracine Weston was last seen at the Chappapeela Sports Park on Nov. 2 around six in the evening. She was wearing a blue denim, long sleeve dress that ties around the waist, and white shoes.
Her last known activity was watching a baseball game at the sports park with her mother.
Weston is 61 years old and is approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.
She is of medium build and has a light complexion with short brown hair. It is assumed that she is walking on foot.
