SPRINGFIELD — Livingston Parish Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 75-year-old man early Tuesday morning after a disturbance between neighbors. The man is listed as the fire chief of the Hammond Rural Area District.
Around 2 a.m. Tuesday, July 7, LPSP deputies responded to a home on Tetanne Drive in the Warsaw Marina regarding a disturbance between neighbors. Witnesses told deputies that one of their neighbors allegedly entered a home without permission, arguing with the homeowners about loud music.
Deputies arrested Paul Collura on the charge of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. Collura is listed as the fire chief of the Hammond Rural Area District, per LPSO.
The investigation is ongoing.
