Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office, along with the Louisiana Attorney General’s office, arrested two people on September 6 accused of dealing drugs after a pursuit in Livingston Parish.
Law enforcement arrested Steven McCarthy and Bridgette Hull on drug and firearm charges.
Hull is the Executive Secretary for the Louisiana State Board of Private Security Examiners and sources say McCarthy is her boyfriend.

The attorney general’s office contacted LPSO for help in making an arrest near a McDonald’s near Albany.
Before the sheriff’s office arrived, officials say McCarthy fled Albany traveling west. He hit another vehicle and that driver sustained minor injuries.

Authorities say before fleeing, McCarthy and Hull were found in the middle of a drug deal.
Hull’s current status with the Louisiana State Board of Private Security Examiners is unknown at this time.
The investigation continues.
