BATON ROUGE — Neighbors Federal Credit Union has named longtime Chief Financial Officer Jody Caraccioli as its next president and CEO. He will officially step into the role in January 2027, following the retirement of current CEO Steve Webb.
Caraccioli has led Neighbors’ financial operations since 2008, managing more than $1.4 billion in assets and helping secure $43 million in capital to strengthen the credit union’s balance sheet. Under his leadership, Neighbors has maintained strong regulatory ratings while expanding its footprint and services.
“It is a tremendous honor to be selected as the next CEO of Neighbors Federal Credit Union,” said Caraccioli. “Neighbors has a long legacy of making a difference in the lives of the people and communities we serve, and I am excited to build on that foundation by driving sustainable growth, innovation, and member value.”
Before joining Neighbors, Caraccioli served as CFO of KeyPoint Federal Credit Union and held senior roles with KKR, American Golf Corporation and Arnold Palmer Golf Management. He currently chairs the supervisory committee at Catalyst Corporate Credit Union and sits on multiple industry committees.
Webb’s retirement will mark the end of a lengthy tenure leading Louisiana’s largest credit union. Caraccioli says he plans to keep Neighbors focused on its mission of serving members while positioning the credit union for long-term success.
