The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to an incident where a woman was attacked at the Maison Bocage Apartments in Baton Rouge on Sept. 30th
Deputies say it happened around 6:30 a.m. in the 7800 block of N. Jefferson Place Circle.
A woman was excercising in the complex when a juvenile grabbed the woman and ran off.
Deputies did find the juvenile and charge him after the woman positively identified the young person.
He was charged with simple battery and released to his parents under a custodial agreement.
