LIVINGSTON — After investigating a tip about illegal marijuana distribution, Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics agents seized drugs and 33 firearms at two separate locations. Multiple people were arrested, including an alleged drug supplier in Walker, and more arrests could come.
LPSO Narcotics agents received information about an illegal marijuana distribution network that was allegedly led by Trevor Sibley, 49, involving multiple others. During their investigation into the tip, agents obtained a search warrant for a home at the Copper Creek Apartments in Livingston.
While executing the search, agents seized approximately 27.5 grams of marijuana, along with four THC vape carts and residual methamphetamine.
Agents also learned that Sibley was allegedly a supplier from a location in Walker, off of North Corbin Road.
During their search at the Walker location, agents seized approximately 722 grams of marijuana, approximately two THC vape carts, 33 firearms (2 of them were automatic and 1 was suppressed), a vacuum sealer, packaging material, digital weighing scales, and $2,564.00 in U.S. Currency (pending seizure).
Along with Sibley, the following people were arrested: Jaci Fournet Sibley (37), Tina Roshell Sibley (54), Steven Payne (55), and Caleb Ball (35).
Trevor Sibley and Jaci Fournet Sibley remain in jail at this time. Both their bonds are set at over $1.8 million.
The investigation is ongoing, and Sheriff Jason Ard said more arrests are likely to come.
