LIVINGSTON PARISH — Two people are behind bars after an investigation into indecent behavior with a juvenile. The woman who was arrested was previously employed with the Livingston Parish Public Schools System.
The Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office Special Victims’ Unit began investigating an allegation of indecent behavior in July. The investigation led them to Allen and Heather Watts of Livingston. It is unclear what their relationship is.
On Aug. 4, deputies arrested Allen Watts on 10 counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile. They also arrested Heather Watts, who faces two counts of principal to indecent behavior with a juvenile and two counts of failure to report the commission of certain felony.
LPSO is the lead on the investigation and the agency has not released any further details into exactly what happened that led up to the arrests.
Heather Watts was previously employed as a paraprofessional at French Settlement High School.
It is unclear when she was last employed with the school system, however, the Livingston Parish School System said she no longer works for them.
