Livonia High shut down till Tuesday after a fight

Livonia High School in Pointe Coupee Parish remains locked down at the moment after a fight broke out in a classroom on Thursday morning.

A student was injured with some students alleging the student was stabbed. That student was taken to a hospital.

However, officials said there is no evidence of a stabbing because no weapons were recovered.

In videos provided to Unfiltered with Kiran, there was blood on the ground and parents said “brass knuckles” were used during the fight. But the Pointe Coupee Parish Sheriff’s Office said they did not find any weapons as of yet.

The school was placed on a “soft lockdown” during the investigation.

Livonia Police said the students involved have all been removed from the campus. As of now, no arrests have been made.
