Detectives with the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office received a complaint this month involving a juvenile victim.
Their investigation led to the arrest of John Fore, 66, of Denham Springs. He is charged with one count of sexual battery.
Fore is the owner of Tiki Tubing and associated with several other businesses in Livingston Parish.
Fore turned himself into the Livingston Parish Detention Center today.
Details of his arrest are limited at this time as this is an ongoing investigation.
