BATON ROUGE —- Officers have now issued an “all clear” at a store at the Mall of Louisiana after it was shut down and evacuated after a call for a possible bomb threat.
It was around 6:45 p.m. on Dec. 27th when the Main Event received a phone call alerting them to a possible bomb at the business, UWK has learned.
Main Event was immediately evacuated and shut down. Parents were advised to pick up their children if they dropped them off.
Baton Rouge Police officers did go search the business and surrounding areas to determine if the threat is credible or not. UWK has learned officers did not find any evidence of a bomb threat and issued an “all clear” Saturday night.
