Man arrested in fatal shooting on Oswego Street

Members of the U.S. Marshals Task Force arrested a 19-year-old man accused of killing Terran Fobb, 17, in June.

Authorities arrested and charged Khalil Henderson with first-degree murder in connection with the June 6 fatal shooting incident on the 3000 block of Oswego Street.

The incident occurred at around 12:19 p.m. Fobb was shot multiple times and died at the scene. When Henderson was arrested, authorities confiscated 372 grams of Meth, 2.5 pounds of marijuana, 12 grams of psilocybin, a handgun, and an undisclosed amount of money.

Henderson was booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison. Henderson’s other charges include attempted first-degree murder, illegal use of a weapon, two counts of possession with intent to distribute schedule I, possession with intent to distribute schedule II, and possession of a firearm with CDS.
