22-yr-old arrested after argument at Prairieville restaurant

PRAIRIEVILLE, La. — The Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office responded to a shooting at the Hannah Q on Airline Hwy Thursday morning.

Ascension deputies responded to the restaurant near Hwy. 42 around 8:40am on April 6.

Ascension officials said the victim was shot in the chest and transported in stable condition after two restaurant employees got into an argument over who would work where for their shift.

Officials said the 22-yr-old shooter did remain on scene.

He has been identified as Tristin Williams, 22, of Prairieville. He’s charged with attempted second degree murder, illegal use of weapons, illegal carrying of a weapon, aggravated assault with a firearm and possession of schedule I CDS.
