A pedestrian was killed in an early-morning crash just after midnight on I-12 east Thursday.
The Livingston Parish Coroner identified the victim as Justin Summers, 47.
Denham Springs Police Department responded to the crash on Interstate 12, eastbound, on the Amite River bridge involving reportedly two vehicles.
I-12 East was reopened at 3:45 a.m.
The Louisiana State Police, Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office and East Side Fire Department assisted the Denham Springs Police Department at the scene.
