The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s office is investigating a body that was found at 13541 Tigerbend near Jefferson Hwy., around 8am July 1st.
Officials say an autopsy reveals the person was shot and is now being investigated as a homicide. The deceased has been identified as Keishune Thomas, 20, of Baton Rouge.
This investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 389-5000 or call Greater Baton Rouge Crime Stoppers anonymously at 344-STOP.
