Plaquemine pair arrested on multiple drug charges

PLAQUEMINE —A pair of Plaquemine women were booked into the Iberville Parish Jail on multiple drug charges, according to Iberville Parish Sheriff Brett Stassi.

IPSO narcotics agents arrested Haley Cedotal and Chelsea Granger. Cedotal, 39, was booked on possession of methamphetamine, possession of suboxone, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal use of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile, and a bench warrant.

Granger, 35, was booked for possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and illegal use of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile.

Officials say Granger was also arrested on a warrant for possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute meth, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
