In this episode Kiran Chawla sits down with BRPD Chief T.J. Morse as he discusses the continued search efforts in the East Baton Rouge Parish Landfill to bring Ja’Derrius Minnieweather home.
They talk about how a body isn’t necessary at this point for a prosecution and that they’re wanting to give a family some sense of closure.
They wrap up talking about the shooting at the Mall of Louisiana and recruiting is ongoing at this time for the next BRPD academy after the agency has now become the highest paid department in the state.
