PRAIRIEVILLE — Mark your calendars for October 1st as Walk-Ons Prairieville hosts their annual ‘Give Back Day’ in honor of Allie Rice and the Live Like Allie Foundation. This event has become a tradition.
From 11 a.m. until close, 10% of all sales—whether dining in or ordering to-go—will be donated to the LLA Foundation, a non-profit organization that has made a significant impact in just two years. The foundation not only funds annual scholarships for high school seniors, but also supports initiatives aimed at combating violence and promoting safety.
For families, Uncle Al’s Inflatables LLC will be on-site with inflatables for the kids, and there will be games and entertainment throughout the day. Beyond the festivities, this day is about celebrating Allie’s lasting influence, a young woman whose life was tragically taken due to gun violence.
The LLA Foundation has made it their mission to help fund scholarships to deserving students, providing them with financial support to pursue their dreams. On this day, attendees will not only enjoy delicious food and fun but also hear more about the foundation’s upcoming plans. Organizers will share how ongoing contributions will continue to make a difference.
