DENHAM SPRINGS — A Denham Springs restaurant is asking the community to come together to support a family dealing with tragedy.
T’Quilas Bar and Grill, 1775 S. Range Ave., is having a benefit Wednesday where 15 percent of the proceeds raised from all customers will go to the family of Blakeleigh Weems.
Weems was killed in a New Year’s Eve crash in Denham Springs.
The benefit will last from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
