ST. FRANCISVILLE — Searches at two properties are now over, and the West Feliciana Parish Sheriff’s Office continues requesting the public’s help in any information on the disappearances of two missing women. The sheriff’s office and Capital Region Crime Stoppers are partnering to offer a $5,000 reward for information that leads to solving the disappearances of Madison Re’Nea Allen and Stephanie Hevia.
West Feliciana Parish Sheriff Brian Spillman said the investigation is ongoing, however, the searches at a 15-acre property on Morris Road and a separate property in Zachary are now over. This comes after investigators discovered some evidence they believe is connected to their investigation. That evidence is now at the crime lab with Louisiana State Police and the FBI for further testing, Spillman said.
The sheriff is asking anybody with information to call Crime Stoppers. A $5,000 reward remains available for information that leads to the resolution of the women’s cases.
Madison Allen disappeared in November 2023. Her last known location was in Zachary, where she was living at the home of Thomas Morris, officials said. The property of that home was searched last week. Stephanie Hevia, also an acquaintance of Morris, was last known to be with the man at his home in West Feliciana Parish, the sheriff’s office said.

Morris was arrested in July on a kidnapping charge after a Montana woman told West Feliciana deputies she had been brought back to Louisiana against her will and allegedly held at Morris’ home. He remains in jail on those charges. Sheriff Brian Spillman named Morris a “person of interest” in the cases of Hevia and Allen at that time.
Law enforcement agencies have conducted extensive searches in West Feliciana and Zachary this month for evidence linking Morris to the women’s disappearances. Both women remain missing.
On Sept. 23, Sheriff Spillman announced that Crime Stoppers would double the reward offer for 48 hours. Crime Stoppers offered $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and indictment of anyone responsible for these crimes, if the information was received during the 48 hours after the sheriff’s announcement.
Sheriff Spillman has continued to stress the importance of tips that help investigators bring closure to the families involved.
“We know there are people out there that have information that will help solve these cases,” he said. “This reward is available for that information, and you can remain anonymous.”
