LIVINGSTON PARISH — In the latest development since “The Devil Wears Dunks” documentary subject Ricky Foster was arrested, his wife Melissa Louque has turned herself in to the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office. She faces a charge after an investigation started when Foster became the focus of a documentary created by Jeremy Greene and ECCO.
Foster was initially arrested and charged on April 1 with 10 counts of third-degree rape, 4 counts of sexual battery, and 10 counts of extortion. Ricky Foster faced additional charges on April 29th with human trafficking and crimes against nature.
Louque is charged with one count of crimes against nature. According to Louisiana law, crimes against nature can include unnatural sexual relations with another person and incest.

Louque was arrested on Wednesday, April 29th when she turned herself in. She booked into the Livingston Parish Jail where she is being held without bond.
Foster’s bond reduction appeal was recently denied. The hearing was held on April 14. Officials added more charges against Foster on April 29th.
