BATON ROUGE —- Baton Rouge Police are responding to their second double shooting this weekend with dozens of rounds fired.
The most recent happened at S. Choctaw Dr. & Monterrey Blvd. just after 9 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 19. Sources tell UWK despite the shooting happening on S. Choctaw Dr., officials were requested to respond about a mile away on E. Tampa Dr.

Early reports are two teenagers were shot, one in the leg and another in the hip. Both were transported to a hospital. Their current conditions are unknown at this time.
This is the second double shooting this weekend in Baton Rouge. The first one was just before 10 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 18 where one person died. Two people were shot at while sitting in a vehicle at an apartment complex.
Details surrounding the most recent double shooting were not available. At this time, it’s unclear what led up to the shooting or if any arrests have been made. Sources said several dozens of rounds were fired off during the shooting.
