Rilonda Brooks, who owned the trucking company where Herman Harris worked; her brother David Brooks Jr. and hit man Johnnie Hicks were all convicted of second-degree murder and other charges on Aug. 15. The Brooks siblings were acquitted of racketeering charges in the case.
