Baton Rouge Police announced Friday that a third suspect has been arrested in connection with the Nov. 27 drive-by shooting that killed 8-year-old Diellon Daniels and injured two of his brothers. Tremell Harris is now in custody.
Police Chief T.J. Morse identified the suspects in custody as Kendrick Profit, 22, Yancey Jarrell Jr., 23, and Tremell Harris, 26. All three face charges of first-degree murder and five counts of attempted first-degree murder
A fourth suspect, Roger Parker, 19, remains at large and is wanted on the same charges.
