A mother is advocating for her 20-year-old daughter after she was hit while walking home from a friend’s house on March 29 and left on the side of the road, critically injured. The man who allegedly hit her and fled the scene has numerous prior offenses, including a DWI charge in 2020 and careless operation charges, UWK has found.
