Dudley DeBosier and Unfiltered with Kiran have partnered to launch “Difference Maker,” a program that fulfills a need for someone or a family once a month.
The latest project focuses on Christy Cutrer, a grandmother of a child with special needs. Cutrer, who lives in Pointe Coupee Parish, hired a contractor to fix a hole in her roof, but he took her money and disappeared, leaving the job unfinished.
