Following the initial COVID-19 pandemic peak, homeschool rates across the country increased rapidly. Now, nearly 5 years after the pandemic, Louisiana is one of the few states in which the rates of parents opting to homeschool their children are still steadily rising.
As those rates continue to grow, homeschool networks are now providing more and more opportunity to students — opportunities that once only seemed possible at brick and mortar high schools like football, basketball, and debate clubs are now available through organizations like CHEF or the Christian Home Educators Fellowship.
