St. George Fire District seeking public’s help with arson investigation

The St. George Fire Protection District is asking for the public’s help with information regarding an arson investigation.

Officials say at 5 a.m. on July 5, St. George Fire Protection District units responded to a car fire at the City Heights Apartment complex on Coursey Blvd.

When the units arrived, they found two burning vehicles. Investigators determined both fires were set intentionally. Officials say the heat damaged a third vehicle because of its closeness to the burning vehicles in the parking lot.

If you have any information about this incident, call (225)251-4890 or email publicaffairs@stgeorgefire.com.
